Prepare manuscripts for South East Asia Journal of Medical Sciences before online submission.
1. Online submission
Manuscripts should be submitted through the online login and submission system for South East Asia Journal of Medical Sciences.
2. Manuscript preparation
Original papers, case reports, and review articles should be prepared in Times New Roman, 12 point, with 1.5 spacing and consecutive page numbering. Research articles should include Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, legends, and acknowledgements.
3. Title page and abstract
The title page should include manuscript type, concise title, author names, institutional affiliations, and corresponding author address, phone, and email. Abstracts should be structured and limited to about 150 words for case reports or brief reports and 250 words for original research articles.
4. Ethics and methods
Human and animal research must describe ethical compliance, including alignment with applicable institutional, regional, national, and international standards.
5. References
References should be numbered consecutively in order of first mention and follow National Library of Medicine/Index Medicus style.
6. Article processing charges
Article submission charges are nil. APC is requested only after acceptance: US$210 for original articles and US$180 for reviews or case reports. Waivers may be available for eligible authors.
